Your 4 digit Member number with leading 0's, dash & extension
Example: If your member number is "123", your "user name" would be 0123-000
(Spouses would add "-001", example 0123-001)
Your password is:
Your Last Name - Example: Doe |

Once you login to the site for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password to something you can remember. For security reasons, your username and password should be a minimum of 6 letters and numbers combined and should not remain something generic, like your last name.
You can change your username or password at anytime by going to My Profile in the Roster section of the Member's Web Site. |
