  Ray Vennewitz is our Head Golf Professional.  He grew up caddying, working and playing golf at North Oaks.  He attended Hill-Murray High School and went on to graduate from St. John's University with a B.A. degree in Business Management.

Ray worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at Manitou Ridge and Southview Country Club before heading to Ankeny, Iowa, as the Head Golf Professional at Briarwood Golf Course.  He came back to Minnesota to work as the First Assistant Golf Professional at North Oaks for five years.  During that time, he became a Class A member of the PGA of America.  Ray spent five years as the Head Golf Professional at Southview Country Club before returning to his "roots" at North Oaks Golf Club.
  Tammy Hildebrandt is one of our Assistant Golf Professionals.  Tammy was born and raised in Hastings, Minnesota.  Her golf career started as a retail attendant at the Grand Cypress Academy of Golf in March 1993.   In September of 1994 she was named the On-Site Coordinator for DuPont Instructional Golf Outings.

Tammy was the 1987 Minnesota Regional Golf Champion and finished in the top eight in the state throughout high school.  She was chosen to represent America in a golf exchange to Australia in 1987.  Tammy graduated from the University of Central Florida on a four-year golf scholarship.  In 1991, Tammy was third in the Minnesota Women's Match Play Tournament and in 1992 she was the Minnesota Golf Association Couples Net Champion.  She is a member of the LPGA Teaching and Club Professionals and attained her Class B status.  Shortly before coming to North Oaks, Tammy served as Assistant Golf Professional at the Minneapolis Golf Club.

Chris Bailey, PGA Teaching Professional,  graduated from the University of Wisconsin where he was a member of a Big Ten Championship Golf Team.  He has over 12 years of experience as a teaching assistant and Head Golf Professional. He has attended numerous teaching seminars and summits from some of golf’s biggest names; including Dave Pelz, Craig Harmon, and Manuel DeLaTorre.

Chris is one of the top playing club professionals in the Midwest. He has consistently ranked in the top five in the Minnesota Section PGA  scoring average, wins, player of the year, and money list the past 5 seasons. He has broken or holds seven course records including; Woodhill, Southview, and Hudson Golf Club. In 2007 he was the winner of 8 pro-am events and qualified for the prestigious National Club Professional Championship. In 2006, he qualified for a Nationwide Tour Event, shot 61 at the Southview Pro-Am, and was the winner of the Minnesota Assistants Championship for the second time.

Chris’s teaching style is straight-forward. He emphasizes an athletic set-up position with good posture to improve balance, power, and consistency. The motion of the body will be improved throughout the swing. This will create a more efficient move with a square clubface at impact.  He specializes in improving short game technique, working with competitive junior golfers, on-course instruction, and correcting swing flaws. In 2008, he taught over 500 individual, 100 group, and 20 corporate lessons. Chris has worked with numerous high school teams and individual champions and top 10 finishers. Chris has been a Class “A “member of the PGA since 2003.   
Teriza Kuchera is North Oak's Buyer and Merchandiser.  Teriza joined the North Oaks Staff in 2008 after five years with Southview Country Club.  Teriza has a keen eye for selecting merchandise and works very well with the local sales representatives to get functional and fashionable apparel and accessories.
